Classic style kitchen, Leiden
Robbert Lagerweij Interior Design was commissioned to create an interior design for a new kitchen and to execute the project for the client.
An important starting point for Robbert Lagerweij in the development of the new kitchen design was the client’s specific request that the kitchen be integrated with the dining and living areas of the space.
There was also the wish for the kitchen to have a country-style, timeless, and contemporary luxurious appearance.
The new oval kitchen table, specially designed by RL-ID, with a solid oak tabletop and black steel cross base, together with the green luxury dining chairs, forms the warm and inviting centerpiece of the new interior.
In the realization of this kitchen design, Robbert Lagerweij Interior Design made use of, among others:
Farrow&Ball paint, colour Elephant’s Breath for the kitchen and walls; coarsely woven silk curtain fabric for custom-made blinds and lampshades by James Hare; six dining chairs by Keijser&Co upholstered in fabric by ROMO; a dining table designed by RL-ID with a solid oak tabletop; a gas stove by British Falcon; and the tap by Kenny&Mason.
